We are located in Marikina City. Yes, you may opt to pick up your order, free of charge. 

5. Are your products available on-hand? Can I pre-order when they're out of stock?

They are oftentimes available on hand. Otherwise, you may pre-order but please expect weeks worth of waiting, sometimes can reach a month.
